«CASES is a software package for collecting survey data based on structured questionnaires, using telephone or face-to-face interviewing, web surveys, as well as self-administered procedures. It is developed, distributed and supported by the Computer-assisted Survey Methods (CSM) Program at the University of California, Berkeley. CSM is a part of the Social Science Computing Laboratory (SSCL), within the campus organization for Information Services and Technology (IST).»
